HITT workouts only take 15-20 minutes of your time each day and they will tone your body fast! With a high intensity workout, your body will burn fat fast and you don’t have to carve an hour out of your busy day to tone your body. Stress can take a major toll on your body. Everybody’s body type is different and sometimes your body just needs to be worked in different ways.
